This year's Hot Rod Rendezvous will be held at Lake Mirror Park in conjunction with the City of Lakeland Lake Mirror Music Series. Invited Hot Rods & Muscle Cars will be displayed along the Promenade of Lake Mirror. Complimentary parking for show cars at the Lake Mirror Center Parking Lot.  Music by the Sofa Kings.  Beverage sales will benefit Junior Achievement of Polk County.

The Promenade of Lake Mirror Park is the site of the Lake Mirror Classic Concours d'Elegance.  This invitational event will showcase the finest automobiles of the Lake Mirror Classic Auto Festival including Pre-War Classics and Brass-Era Automobiles.  Special presentations will honor the 100th Anniversary of Ford and the 40th Anniversary of the Ford Mustang.
The Open Car Show occupies over 6 square blocks in downtown Lakeland.  All types of classic and collectible automobiles will be presented.  Downtown will be jumping with beautiful cars, people, music and vendors. 
Lakeland area automobile dealers will present their 2004 New Model Cars.  Visit the New Car Row to see if you can spot a future classic car.  Participating dealers include: Ford, Cadillac, BMW, Mercedes & Acura.
Our corporate sponsors are honored to select a favorite car from each of the categories presented. "Sponsor Choice" awards are presented at the Lake Mirror Amphitheater at the conclusion of the activities on Saturday afternoon.
"Big Daddy" Don Garlits is the Honorary Chairman of the 2003 Lake Mirror Classic Auto Festival.  "Big Daddy" will display his 1958 Swamp Rat I, the first car to top 170mph and his current Top Fuel Swamp Rat 34, which runs over 320mph!  "Big Daddy" will be available for photos and autographs.
You might find that special collector car you've been searching for in the Cars For Sale area located in the Colonial Square parking lot at the corner of Lemon St. & Tennessee Ave.  Cars can be displayed for $30. (Cars For Sale are not registered for the show and do not receive participant goodies.)
The opening event of the Lake Mirror Classic weekend will be "The Free Enterprise Cup" - a golf tournament benefiting Junior Achievement of Polk County.  This event is open to amateur golfers of all levels.  Lunch and prizes are included
